Right and since it is in the movement phase when a tank shock is declared you can premeasure the distance, so flying off the board edge would really be irrelevant.

You can get higher than 10 in attacks using a Khorne Chaos Daemon Weapon. Though it's not a permanent addition as you have to roll every turn. This according to the GW FAQ. They can get like what, 17 attacks?

The way I understand Mind War, the rule says that Orks may always choose to substitute the number of orks in their mob for leadership. Fearless doesn't really have any impact as I see it.

18 attacks if mounted on a juggernaught. You also dont need a FAQ - the rulebook specifically allows attacks to go above 10, as long as these are bonus attacks.

This is incorrect. The tank shock rules tell you to declare your movement distance before you measure.
