Sup dudes,
First, I am a US Marine (Graduated Boot sept 19th, 2003, Fox company, Plt 2005). The Crucible kicks your ass completely. There is a reason its only two and half days long, at completion I was totally useless, feet covered in blisters and every muscle aching. The Crucible, Ranger school, BUD/S hell week, none of it is sustainable training for any length of time. Human body just cant tolerate that much intensity.
Second, if your straight leg infantry, you dont aim for the head initially, you aim center mass of the target's chest, yknow the BIGGEST target. Two in the chest, one in the head.
Third, in training there really isnt that much of a benefit to lowering ammo expenditure. The more trigger time your guardsmen get, the more confident and efficient they will be with their weapons.
Lastly, and this is solely my opinion and of course you are free to do whatever you please, drop the 1337. Just say no to leet. I have faith that you can come up with a bit more inspiring and original regimental name.
Good luck!

Well first of all, i changed the Space Marine Training, its Storm trooper training (Karskin and Stormtrooper are practically the same thing) Even though they are trained from birth
Secondly, i have my men do that 2 chest 1 head thing, because i saw how the GSG-9 do that it it seems very efficent
Thirdly (im not sure thats even a word ) I find having a very low ammo expenditure that teaches not wasting ammo, and aiming for the vitals. Having 2 chest shots and 1 head shot is better than 3 foot shots........
Lastly, i think i will change the 1337.....It will now be the 978th.....

Im planning to also play Mordian Iron Guard, Daemons, and Chaos and Mercenary IG |

I'm glad you're keeping up with this. I must say the changes you've made are for the better.
If you're stuck on the 5 shots a day thing then let's expand it. Right now it's kind of a foot note that sticks out without any real reason other then "teaching about ammo conservation".
I'm thinking about the spartan influance I see in your writting and you could say something uberbrutal like this:
"At some point each soldier is told they have 5 shots and 30 seconds to kill six targets, each on a distinctly differant rooftops from the one they are on. For every shot that misses a kill point the platoon is ordered to perform extra drills, these continue to add up until the trooper gets it right or washes out. For every target that remains standing after 29 seconds the trooper is put on a firewatch shift costing them precious sleep that they can ill-afford to lose."
I don't mean to hijack you army you are doing a great job, I just had that hit me as I read your post and I had to write it down.
