It's nothing special really, white undercoat -> vallejo Heavy warmgrey -> ogryn flesh wash, badab black in the eye sockets and teeth -> vallejo bone white drybrush -> highlight with vallejo dead white

Mix PVA glue with Sodium bicarbonate to a sludge, smear it with a old brush where you want it. Finally cover it with more sodium bicarbonate and let it dry. It's not my recipe, but I can't quite remember where I picked it up from.
