Slow players are a nightmare, but then again, I will play slow because first off I am new, so anything I am not sure about I will have to take my time deciding, espcially if it concerns charging an opponent's critters as an ork and trying to realize (hmm...was that a good idea) or mathhammering the possibilities of charging another unit.

People who play deliberately slow will do so in order to run out the clock and prevent people from earning a tabling or a win.

There are three kinds of slow players. Those who are new, which is largely excusable. Those who deliberately slow play, which is cheating. And those who are just slow players. The third are largely what I was referencing.

I play fast even when I'm losing!

Gives me more time between rounds to grab snacks and complain about my bad rolling!

I tend to agree here. I actually finished the first game 45 minutes early, so my opponent and I got an extra long lunch break. Coming back to two very slow rounds made it even more painful. ><
