at my FLGS, there is one guy painting his marines as Ultras since nobody else will. There is a crimson fists player. Lots of Blood Angels, quite a few Dark Angels, a few Chaos players, one heavy nurgle and very well painted.

My Daemonettes are blue for their skin tone (prime white, wash with the asurymen blue wash)

There are 2 Ultramarines players around my GW and they are both 10 year old little kids who run around making sound effects and whine when they lose.
Maybe that's why no one else plays them, they don't want to follow the example.
