I found your generic primarch rules kind of weird. I understand fluff wise why they should lead only space marine armies, but the whole point of apocalypse is that you can play anything. And while I would be kind of annoyed if a Necron player took a bunch of IG superheavies, I think it would be a bit extreme to say in the rules that they couldn't.

The only thing I noticed about this, is that comparing this to the Tempus Fugitives Primarch rules (Which are normally the accepted ones)

If this was in response about the Daemon Princes, my intentions were to suggest that he use their statline as a gauge since the Chaos turned Primarchs are now Daemon princes and Daemon Princes were considered an upgrade. Obviously if the Primarchs had 6 Strength and 6 Toughness, being turned into a Daemon Prince would have probably sucked.
When they are turned into deamon princes a 600+ point Primarch isn't going to be downgraded to a 200 point Deamon Prince. Take the difference between a chaos lord and a deamon prince, and apply some of the difference to a primarch. The end result would be a 700 or 800 point deamon prince/primarch.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

Well these really do put the WD Angron rules to shame.. and they sucked anyway..
I like this rules, but there seems to be something a bit "off" with each of 'em.
Anyways, I'll continue this post in more detail later when I have the time.
All that asides, good job Faunt.

Good point, I don't really know much about Khan execpt he likes bikes.
Anywaaay, as promised, here is Russel .
VI. Leman Russ, Primarch of the Space Wolves legion.
The Wolf king, The Fenrisan cheif, the Wolf that stalks the stars.
WS: 8
BS: 5
S: 6 (7)
T: 6
W: 5
I: 5
A: 5
LD: 10
SV: 2+/4+
PTS: 675
Wargear: Mjalner, Icetooth, Armour of Russ, Freki and Geri, Saga of Majesty.
Mjalner: The revered sword Mjalner is a Master Crafted Frost blade. In addition, all succesful invunerable saves caused by wounds from Mjalner must be re-rolled.
Icetooth: Icetooth is a master crafted bolt pistol.
Armour of Russ: The Armour of Russ is a suit of Runic armour which includes a belt of Russ.
Freki and Geri: The two wolves Freki and Geri count as Fenrisan wolves attactched to Russ in all respects, with the exception of the enhanced stat lines below and the incluion of the Rending special rule:
WS: 5
BS: 0
S: 4
T: 4
W: 2
I: 4
A: 2
LD: 8
Special rules: Primarch, Headstrong (see codex: Space Wolves), Howl of the Wolf king, Rivalry, Legion tactics.
Howl of the Wolf king: Once per game, Leman Russ may use his Howl at the start of your turn. For the remainder of your turn, all freindly Space Wolves on the feild count as being Fearless and having the furious charge special rule, and all psykers (with the exception of freindly rune priest) must take a morale check or fall back.
Rivalry: All Thousand sons (freindly and enemy) within 12" of Leman Russ suffer -1 to their Leadership (If Magnus the Red leads their army, this rule does not take effect).
Legion tactics: An army containing Leman Russ loses the Combat tactics rule. Instead, use Codex: Space Wolves rather than Codex: Space Marines to play your army. Note that even if you have multiple models with the Legion tactics special rule, Russes' will take precedence since it actually changes the way your army is constructed (the only exception to this is Sanguinius; if both him and Russ are in the same army, you must choose which Codex to use).
As you can see, Russ is a bit buffer than the rest of the Primarchs so far. Which bring me to my next question; do you think the Primarchs should have 5 wounds. It's been debated a bit and I want to see what the community thinks.

Yes. They should. Marneus Calgar, Dante and Logan aren't primarchs now, are they? W5 takes them above even the toughest of the tough amongst marines, really setting them out as Primarchs. Although, I feel T6 is taking it a bit far. IMO Primarchs should be S6 T5. Then again, there isn't much actual referance on just how tough a Primarchs anatomy is.
As for Freki and Geri, I do believe they're actually Thunderwolves - *checks 'dex* ah, no they're not. They're Blackmaned Wolves. I suggest you give them seperate profiles, like this:
Fierce
WS: 4
BS: 0
S: 6
T: 4
W: 3
I: 4
A: 4
LD: 9
Sv: 5+
Cunning
WS: 5
BS: 0
S: 5
T: 4
W: 3
I: 5
A: 5
LD: 9
Sv: 5+
Or something along those lines.
Oh and by the way, when you do Rowboat Girlyman, make sure he has a rule saying "After deployment location has been determined, but before any models are set up, roll a D6 - on a one, two, three, four, five or six, the Ultramarines do absolutely nothing and the other player automatically wins. On a roll of a seven, you may fight the battle."
Jk, Rowboat was alright. *shifty eyes* *disappears*

Base Strength and toughness even at 5 is too high. I suggest that they should have similar stats to a chapter master, with one more WS and BS. To make them more 'Primarchy' they should have the following special rules, Eternal warrior, Furious Charge*, Fearless*, Fleet* and A custom Rule called something like 'Invincible Resolve' it would have a similar effect to that of Yarrick/Valten in WHFB: A sucessful leadership test after the last wound would resurrect them, with double 1 replenishing all wounds, the point being that with an Ld 10 reviving is more than likely. Obviously apocalypse only, plus alot of the other rules previously suggested... *conferred to unit...

Rule 3: No Spam
While Spam may be a tasty meat product (yum!) on the Internet "spam" refers to invasive, unsolicited information. There are many versions of spam such as: posting advertisements for unrelated web pages or services, making multiple posts to increase your post count or to generally be 'cute', making posts full of jibberish or emoticons, etc. Whatever its form, "spam" is always inappropriate and is a violation of Rule 2 and certainly Rule 1.
