And Jormungandr was meant to be a serpent that when he stops biting his own tail the world will end. Doesn't stop it from being a cool name to use for a hive fleet. Plus you could always say a Cerberus fleet would be a vanguard splinter fleet for a much bigger hive fleet.

After an eternal struggle from within, I have decided to go with the name Juggernaut.
To me it has more of the feel I'm going for with the theme of this army and just sounds more intimidating. Thank you everyone for your help and it was fun to mess around with ideas. =).

Well, my nids have the sporadicly used and often ignored name Hive Fleet Lumas.
The reason for this being that they are bright yellow with red stripes (Lumas->Luminas), have bone coloured flesh and lumas is nearly a reversal of samuel. (if you hadn't geussed, that would be my name).
But i have to say i named them many years ago and have recently liked the idea of giving them a more fluffy name.
Hmm. Give everyone that can have them lashwhips, take lots of venomthropes / ymgarl stealers and call it Hive Fleet Cthulu

You mentioned that the overall color scheme was red. You also mentioned that you wanted to go with Hive Fleet Juggernaut. While both of these suggestions are GREAT, and there is nothing wrong with them, I think that they might lead to some minor instances of your army not being taken seriously. Since, you know, well, the actual Juggernaut and all...(Insert obligatory Youtube video reference)...but it's entirely up to you. If you don't mind the parallels to the comics, then go right ahead. (Even model an objective marker to look like the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak)

True. But that doesn't bother me. When I think Juggernaut I don't think of the comic character, I think of a large and overwhelming force. Which is how I envision the Nid' army.

I'm whimsical, so my growing fleet is Hive Fleet Omnomnom. But I prefer to devour my opponent rather than shoot him, so it fits. I think hes naming his DE army the RAIDers, tho
