Fair point. It seems however this is an internet only formation and I've not seen it so far on a table fortunately. I see mainly lines or ranks of shieldwall.

So it looks like your opponents are still thinking "Mk. I" way. But that's also meaning you can't kill anything past the first rank because of the LOS.

I'm perfectly ok with that too as well. All my units that have thresher have reach so the survivors can't go anywhere without eating free strikes or having to attack the model which pins them for another turn. Yuri locking up a unit of TFG for effectively two turns in a control point scenario is a good trade to me.
