Yea, I had a discussion with my friends about this Monday night. Then on Tuesday I proceeded to drop two 10-man squads of Slaanesh Terminators w/ 5 sets of TL LCs and 5 Combi-meltas led by Khorne Lords with Daemonic Weapons and jump packs in my buddy's lap. There were no survivors of my "brilliant" and cheesy tactic. But the BRB really doesn't make any distinction between arriving by DS by teleporting, appearing from the warp, burrowing from underground or gliding in on wings. It needs to be changed, but hey, that's what 6th edition will be for!!
