Hordes of Blood Angel successors and Chaos marines. I like to paint up Ultrasmurfs as bodies and trophies. Painted a Red Corsair squad of renegade Ultras and Space Wolves, plus a squad of Fallen Angels to use with Cypher from the old codex (played in a guard army)

For the Emperor! Kill Maim Burn!... I mean purge the unclean!

Started with the Orks and Space marines from the 40k boxed game (2nd ed i think). Space Marines looked way better so started up some Space Wolves.

Then I realised there where other armies besides orks and marines.

Now Eldar. Always Eldar.

Its a pity SM's where shoved in my face. Waisted a lot of money on those SW's and only painted about 5 of them.

Currently collecting and painting Eldar from W40k.

I have one fully painted SM with four more well on their way. They're Angels Porphyr (pretty much identical to Eagle Warriors - halved blue/white scheme), so I've fully painted half of a blue SM. It's a decent bit darker and dirtier than your standard Ultramarine, though... Let's say I've painted half of an almost-smurf. And I've half painted four halves of almost-smurfs, which adds up to having half painted two full almost-smurfs, which is like fully painting an almost-smurf... So, really it's like I've painted a smurf and a half!

Seriously, though, I've never painted an Ultramarine. I doubt I'll ever start an UM army, but if I ever start doing a "single display model from every chapter" kind of project, a smurf is the first on my list. White Scars are second. What? I'll have a lot of practice painting blue and white, by then...

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.
