I've seen them twice too... Astonishing show!
My fave must be Spieluhr, Klavier or Büch Dich... Hard to decide on only one... I understand almost every word, since we Danes practically are neighbours to the Germans. I love the way they deal with taboos and put things out in the open, that so far only was discussed in the shadows. I admire their way to portray the darkest sides of the mind. They have much insight in the psyche of the human kind.

Rammstein was my first exposure to foreign non-english music. And yes, I knew waaaay back then what they were singing about. Heirate Mich was/is my favorite Rammstein song despite being about necrophilia. I was a big Rammstein fan and through a popular fansite I found other great German bands as well.

My favorite German Bands:
KMFDM (Not sure if I should count them as German or not considering they moved to America.)

Eisbrecher
Die Krupps
Megahertz

From there I moved on to Swedish Death Metal bands... but I listen to a lot of different kinds of music as well.
