Paragons of the Imperial Guard (proper rules for regiments such as Catachans, Tallarns, Tanith, etc)

but that aint gonna happen

All loyalist Space Marine variants combined into "Codex: Space Marines" with varying rules allowing one to customize the army to represent the various chapters.
Inquisition / Allies supplement (including kroot mercenaries, ork freebootas, human mercenaries, and so on)

Oldest first and just flow from that with, no codex falling more then 5 years behind current date.

OK, so I'll bite, I suppose

DE-are cool and have a large amount of stinkey models
Necrons-will sell well and they are currently the least fun army to play with/against, in adition to being uncompetitive.
SoB/GK-seperate codexes back to back would be a good gimick (like adding 40k and fantasy deamons at the same time)
Tau-also need it, and they have a good range, so not very expensive
Iron Hands-GW told me would get some way to possibly play the only currently unplayable First Founding Chapter (with the possible exeption of Alpha Legion) They would be a shooty SM variant for once. That and I try to play them. Would only need bitz sprues and would sell like hotcakes (just like all SMs)
Deamons- even though they are newer than Orks, they need it far more, plus would fix the Fantasy Deamons
CSM called, they would like their legions back (BtB chaos releases is either really good or kinda bad)

Note the lack of DA and BT, I hate DA, and dont think they warrant their own codex, AT ALL. BT I coulden't squeeze in. Sadface for them.

I personally want the Sisters to come first but I'll settle for Sisters early-mid next year.

I certainly hope they come out before BT as one or two murmurs on the web are suggesting.
