the rules for Superheavy transports are that models being transported count as being stantionary and so may fire heavy weapons.

Does the transport rule over ride the move and fire heavy weapons for the passengers? Superheavies can move and fire everything, but I don't think the passengers can.


The rules for superheavies state that passengers do not count as moving
