Thanks man but I looking at what unit is better not help with a kan wall. Lol 2/3 of my kans are home made so don't I will be running then in a tournament but your list look a lot like mine.

If I may submit an opinion;
it depends what you want done. Deffkoptas are ideally used to harass the flanks of an army, and threaten the sides and rears of tanks and such. Lootas, on the other hand, are a stationary "hammer" unit, used for beating hell out of light to medium infantry or medium vehicles.
Personally, I'd plump for Koptas, but they work best with my Speed Freeks; in a horde army, you'll want Lootas to make up numbers.

I think they are about the same, point for point. Let's compare 3 loot as to 1 kopta. I don't think you should use buzzsaws, so I will talk about the TL rokkit version

Running the simhammer program vs. Rhinos gives about the same chance of destruction -- roughly 3.5% per-loota and 9.5% per TL rockit kopta.
The koptas has 2 wounds per kopta and there are 3 wounds for every 3 lootas. The kopta has a better save in the open, the loota has. A better save in cover.

The kopta is faster, the loota has more range

Vs MEQ the kopta is better, while the loot as are better vs GEQ.

Overall, their about equal IMHO

The nice thing is that they are in different slots of your org chart, so it's not an either or

I have been running rokkit buggies to screen my wagons from bugs but they may get swapped out for some koptas. LOL lots of people will spend the first round of shooting trying to kill off the buggies (as i laugh to my self) leaving my convoy untouched.
