The post immediately before Albatross' post was about McLovin. Guess you failed your spot check?

Yep, that's why when someone asked what had happened to the kid who played McLovin in 'Superbad', I said that he'd also been in 'Role Models'.

Thanks for your concern, though.

I almost always agree with Albatross, I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

Jesse Eisenberg is gonna play the guy who invented facebook in a movie. I look forward to seeing this.

Well by all accounts the guy who invented facebook is kinda a jackass and totally not someone we should be trusting with our personal info... Who knows, maybe Jesse can pull it off. I've only seen him in Zombieland, and he was pretty good in that.

Then I really suggest seeing those two movies, even with your Adam Sandler hate.

You may get some respect for him from it. Plus you get to see him get punched in the face by Eric Bana in "Funny People".

Punch Drunk Love was also good.

"Punch Drunk Love" was...a bit boring to me really. Admittedly, I watched it on like TBS or something so the edits were kinda annoying.

McLovin was also in KickAss, and I *think* Jesse Einberg was the lead.

Onto the whole Michael Cera is generic awkward guy, yeah it seems pretty much like every role hes ever been picked up for was the screenwriter just going, "hey we need a likable awkward kid, like that one from arrested development", and then Cera gets the role. Superbad was great, though not because of him, mostly McLovin and Cops + the guy I like to call "Mini Seth Rogan"

Seriously guys, Reign Over Me. Seriously amazing movie, Adam Sandler at his best.

His comedic roles are unarguably stupid, but as a dramatic actor, he's truly talented. As a standup he's great, as a dramatic actor, he's great, but somewhere inbetween, something's lost.

But really, check out Reign over me or Funny People (and to some extent, Click and Spanglish, but they're not nearly as good as those two). Sandler is very much underrated in the field he does best.

I am definitely looking forward to Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. I am currently reading the comics. (I'm on volume 4).

I do agree that Michael Cera is cast as the same character in all his films, but he plays it well.
