The Sanguinary Guard and Death Company are what lured me into Blood Angels. I've started Orks simply because I love the ramshackle "welded together so it barely works" look of their tech.

I like my army because it's not space marines.

That's really all there is to it. I stand out of the crowd and am actually fun to play because it's something unique, instead of the same boring, trite crap that is almost every other game out there with MEQ vs. MEQ.

I'm personally lucky enough to play at a LGS where a lot of other GEq players also spend their time. The armies I face most often are Nids, IG, and Eldar. Every now and then I see BA, BT, SM, and CSM, and once or twice Necrons, but mostly it's GEqs on the tables.

I personally play a mix of both. My main army (Tau) is a GEq army, but I also play Orks, SM, Crons, and soon Daemons.
