That's strange . . . warhammer players, including me, love to talk about strategy, armies and such. Literally, anyone you ask in a store, anyone who plays at all, should have advice for you . . . paying for it . . .
It's like a bloke standing on a street corner with a sign saying 'directions, £5'.
