I hesitate at the idea of making vehicles Faithful.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

The vehicle isn't faithful, the crew is.

Semantics. I meant vehicles as the unit type.
edit note: "Faithful" is a specific special rule for Sisters of Battle, which allows them to use Acts of Faith and grants one Faith Point, as well as allowing for Martyrdom.

You don't have to give the vehicle the "Faithful" ability. Consider it an additional effect from the leadership of the Canoness or something. Brother Sergeant Chronus manages to pull it off.

Yes, but he's an upgrade character, and a new special character is a bit beyond the scope of this thread...

Sure it is. I was just saying that the. Crew of a tank can effect it's usefulness in combat as evidenced by Chronus. Consider it an extension of the fearless ability the sisters have to the Immolator pilot.
There's so much weirdness going on with who-affects-what in vehicles its really not that much of a stretch.

Meh, I really think there are far, far better and less clumsy ways to do this (and this coming from the woman who added in the Leman Russ Vengance).
