Seriously though, every time one of these threads or a similar one like "who is the best char?", Ghazghkull of course, is posted on this forum, Orkz always come out on top.
IG usually get a good second, being roughly the same concept-wise, only without the psychological defense mechanism of flying rodent gak krazy and hungry for war. People love the hilarious dichotomy of both races. One's funny because fighting is more important then say pants, and the other is funny because they would really like to keep the pants and leave the fighting, please Mr. Comissar. Pretty please? Prettypleasedon'tshootmeinthefacebecauseyoucan'tthinkofanalternatesolutionatthisverymomentsir?

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

Chaos Daemons or tyranids. Daemons were my first 40k army (I started out in fantasy playing chaos so it seemed like a good jumping off point) and the Soul Grinder was my first vehicular love. Also, I think the tyranids have some of the coolest models out there.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Nah i like that about them, they have a sort of mature experianced culture of high inteligence and i think it shows through their armour and how they present themselves, but hey everyone has their opinion
