What self respecting prog rock track would be so fleeting?!!

okay, fair do's. Some of their tracks were proggy

And there are some tracks under 10 mins
I know this won't have wide appeal on Dakka but what the hell. My brother brought home Fragile c1970 and it has probably been the single most important album for me as it shaped my musical life. Was also my first little taste of Brahms. Sorry to deviate away from Bowie Samus.
No actually, I'm always too happy to deviate away from Bowie

I really enjoyed the video Chibi. I agree too, the less I hear about David Bowie the better that guy is creepy looking.

Who's creepy looking?

Poor Hoggle.

Even more reason for me to dislike the guy.

Yeah I'm sorry but this guy looks like a total creep.

Bowie may be an odd dresser, but he doesn't hold a candle to gwar!

I've always loved his obvious bulge in those pants Aaaaand if we keep going into weirdly dressed musicians you all know what direction I'm going to have to take it and I don't think any of us want that. For my first contribution though:

Justin Tranter! That man can wear leggings better than most women dream of.

GWAR may have odder dress wear but there costumes are both silly and awesome at the same time. David on the other hand looks neither awesome nor humorous , he just looks like a fething freak.

Bad day today.

Problems elsewhere with grammar then left the hob on inadvertantly trying to set fire to the kitchen!
Luckily no damage done!

At least I won a game of Zombies tonight. Possibly coz I have been like one all day!

Know how awesome metal is? There's even a whole lore of magic named after it! Man, metal is cool. No, wait, metal is so metal!

(Just having a bit of fun, no offense )

And on topic, Ziggy Stardust ftw!

What I'm amazed is that with so many people in their early 30's that nobody has thrown down a list with the Cure, Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Joy Division or any other classics from the 80's.

I was always partial to the man who sold the world album. The Bowie at the Beeb is a really good live album.

How is Iggy Pop an oddly dressed musician? He's odd looking, years of drugs and rolling in broken glass will do that to you. He's also usually half dressed, seen on stage in pants and no shirt.
