I'll take
tac squads. I know I don't know much, but I know a +3 is better than a +4 any day of the week, you are going from 66% of the time to 50% of the time, in both attacks and saves which are both critical. So what if I can get a
PF, I'm going to get reamed out so hard I will never get a chance to use the 2
PF attacks anyway.
Plus I'm playing space marines, not space scouts.
My ork friend has the dice rolls on his side, nothing to do with movement ever comes up less than 5 and we watched him cross the board and be in combat, in turn 2, every game of the night, WAAGH'ing at the right time and getting the rolls to back it up.
It's cool, we're going up in points and I get a ton more options to choose from now, I'm not overly fussed in getting my ass kicked anyway for a while as it's just mates and beers in the kitchen.
