I'll give you some advice that I got from some Mexican friends of mine. No, I'm not being racist, this is what several Mexicans told me that their grandmothers did to cure earaches.

Roll a newspaper into a cone, stick the pointy end in your ear and light the open end on fire. It will suck that gak right out. They swear by it. Have someone help you though.

I was told it was an ear infection that i have had for a long time and it suddenly took a turn for the worse after i was straining my body too much. But my ear doesnt hurt at all, but i am super dizzy and have no balance.

Yeah, i'm on the west coast.

I've never really had a problem with medication, since I'm hardly ever sick, but my brother and girlfriend have both had problems with their medications. We have lots of problems with our medical system that privatized medical would fix. I'm in no way advocating for the American system. Aside from the better drugs, shorter wait lists and actual medical equipment their system is way worse than ours. Really both Canada and America should be looking at the types of systems that the rest of the world has.

Oh god, that's funny.

I'm not sure about ther in BC, but here in Ontario, most hospitals will have a pharmacy. Or if you can't find the medication at any other pharmacy, go back to the ER, and explain the situation to them. There is a possibility that they may just ask you to come back for an IV treatment every 24 hours or so. I've seen that with a few people here before.
