Bandai were meant to be doing a plastic kit of the macross monster, 1/200 I think.

They would be just as easy to paint if they came ready moulded in popular Chapter colour schemes.
Ok, if they did this then just how many extra boxes do you think they'd have stock. Troops in blue/red/green etc, scouts in blue/red/green etc, devys in blue/red/green etc
It'd never work and Games Workshop already has trouble getting everything into it's shops.

Watching this thing transform, lose a leg, and crashed land on the deck of the Macross Galaxy and then fire its four artillery guns into the Galaxy's bridge? So sexy...

I gotta ask, What macross/robotech did that happen in? That sounds like a must watch.

Sir Isaac Newton may be the deadliest son-of-a-bitch in space, but John von Neumann is the logistics officer that eats your problems and turns them into kit. |

GW would put a Chapter heraldry design tool on their website.
You would order the combination you wanted, and it would be delivered to the shop for you.
Mass customisation! It's the next thing in consumer culture.

Frontier, got it. Thanks.
Been so many versions of Macross/Robotech it is hard to keep track of them all. I think I misssed that one in my Macross watching.
