Just for referance when I say a girl is a slut I am refering to girls who deliberatly do things that are better left private in a public setting without any regard for themselves and those around them. I really coulden't care less how often someone has sex, who it is with and how many of them there are.

As far as the 5 year old being pregnant sadly in this day and age with the number of chemicals/hormones being introduced into peoples lives kids are entering puberty sooner and sooner. It's really sad

on a positive note, they will be young parents. Which can be good for the kid as they can have more in common.

People having kids at 30+ don't realize how old they will be when their kid is old enough to leave school. No one really wants parents that could be grandparents when you're 18.

With society throwing sex, violence and adult topics in kids faces its not surprising that 13yo kids are trying sex. Not shocked at all.

I know some people that are only 16-18 years younger than thier parents and your right they do get along great, but i think that a 13 year old dad is WAY too young, there is no way he himself can support a child money wise. Though it would be pretty funny if he ended up being the greatest dad ever just to prove everyone wrong

I'm vaguely surprised that this is news. We usually see somebody pregnant in our middle school 2 out of every 3 years. Every 3 or 4 years something really seedy (like a 6th grade prostitution ring) pops up.

I am slowly coming around to this idea that the constant barrage of sex and whatnot the kiddos are exposed to is probably to blame (compared to say, the 1950's). Unfortunately, I'm afraid Pandora's Box has been opened in that regard. Media is simply too omnipresent to repress at this point.

Not me, the people I see who should bear the most blame are the parents.

Seriously, they had no idea where your kid was going off to? They never checked up on his/her stories about where their kids were all night? The one boy’s father waited until after his son had knocked up some girl to have a "birds and the bees" chat with him?

Sure the girl may have slept around (the boys too for that matter) but who is responsible for instilling proper values in them? The parents. Who is ultimately responsible for their every action until they are 18 (in the US at least)? The parents.

The same can be said for education... I better stop before I repeat this rant again...

Point is ultimately the kids succeed or fail in early life because of the involvement (of lack their of) of their parents.
