My preferred Terminator Squad would be this:

5x Chaos Terminators
- Combi-Plasma, Power Weapon
- Combi-Plasma, Chain Fist
- Combi-Plasma, Lightning Claw
- Combi-Plasma, Power Fist
- Heavy Flamer, Power Weapon.

Stupid amount of fire power, very good in close combat, flexible and wound allocation shenanigans. All yours at only 205pts (I think).
You can always add a Mark depending on your theme too.

Let me just say, it's not the same kind of UBERNESS as Nob wound allocation shenanigans.

Otherwise, the only builds I've used with any more interest than "just trying" are:

-3 Termies w/ either 3Cplasma or 3Cmeltas
-3 Termies w/ RAC
-10 Termies w/ IoCG

Meh all round. I think my favorite is the 3Cplasma Termicides.
