Looks great man! I have no problem with the axe. It was taken from a Chaos Champion before it was reforged into Morikai, so it should be over the top. My only real problem with your interpretation is the Ragnar Company shoulder pad on the right shoulder. I know that image has been marketed as the "Space Wolf" symbol, but there really isn't one. There are the symbols for the 12 companies and Grimnars "Great Wolf" Chapter Master symbol, the one you're using belongs to Ragnar Blackmane.

Awesome looking figure. I like the work you did with the axe. I think the extended portion of the cloak seems out of place to me. If Grimnar is a main focal point to your army, I say go for the NMM, a good result will yield a magnificent piece!
