I'm building an eldar army now, so I'll order one, play some games with it's rules and see if it's balanced enough.
If not, I can always use it as a counts-as vyper.

If you check the rumor pages, don't get your hopes up on an eldar codex coming soon. Jes apparently said it would be a while and it hasn't been started yet. Saddens me too, because I want a new Eldar codex. Oh well...the darkies needed it more I guess

And the Necrons, and the Daemonhunters, and the Witch Hunters, and Chaos, and....  I'd like a new one, but I'm actually happy with how our army plays at the moment, all in all. Sure, there's a few things that need fixing, but on the whole it's very good

I must say the Hornet looks very nice. A little pricey for me the now though, especially since you'd want a unit of 3 of them.
As for the Eldar Codex... I agree there are others that should be fixed before it but I'd also be happy if they just made infantry better as a whole. I'm not a fan of everyone fielding tanks everywhere and whomever decided EVERYONE should have easy to get heavy flamers except Eldar should be shot.
