Nullzone just has so many uses, it is hard not to take it. W/ nullzone active I can almost ensure my hammernators will destroy any terminators I send them after.
Avenger is my second choice. It was a close race between this and vortex, but the avenger is far more reliable given you get to place the template. Rolling for scatter w/ a small blast template is just not reliable enough.
I tend to run my Libby w/ Terminator armor and a storm shield. I will run him in a land raider w/ a squad of hammernators. Usually the libby hangs back in the raider whilst the termies run out and kill whatever deathstar I want dead. Later in the game I can have the libby jump out and solo a 5-6 strong MEQ squad w/ avenger + charging force weapon (any more than 6-7 and I have to be sure they do not have a fist.before charging).

Yes, Look at page 67 in the main rule book. It specifically mentions leaving IC's inside a transport whilst there attached squad disembarks.

I think best 2 Libby powers are dependent on the enemy and the squad libby has joined.
My best is the Force Dome because generally my libby takes a jump pack and joins the assault squad. It also works great when I add him to honour guard squad.
When I add him to my sternguard squad I take Gate of Infinity.
Against Eldar, or Tau I generally take avenger as second power.
Demons, Dark Eldar and high invul. enemies; Null Zone.
Marines, Orks, Tyranids; avenger, might of ancients.

In all honesty tho, I think this was meant to be an take allcommers list. If you tailor against a certain opponent then its pretty obvious that some powers arent as good. NullZone vs Tyranids is a pretty bad power but its still the best power to take to a tourney.
I go for Avenger and NullZone

I just voted for Null Zone. The "feth you area" is basically the best psychic power SM can get.

Yep. I've ordered my Libby from GW website, and got the bike that he goes on from modelbits.co. uk. All that is left to do is pick up the libby from my FLGS, buy a razor saw, cut the Libby in half and glue him on.
