Why is money a factor?

The expensive part about hunting is the gas to get there. Guns aren't cheap either.....neither are tags. I prolly spend about the same amount hunting that I go wargaming

Guns are expensive, ammo can be. I kinda sorta have a semi large stockpile of a few boxes, back when a sporting goods store opened in my hometown. Grand opening sale + manufacturer's rebate = cheap boxes. Of course, I've used 2 bullets so far

I realize that guns are expensive.

I assumed that if someone was a hunter in the past, they more than likely still own one.

Might make you some friends on Stormfront.

As for the topic on hand, I enjoy fishing. I prefer catch and release too. If that's impossible, I try to beat the fish in the head as hard as I can with my club to kill it quick.

I have never been hunting and probably never will, I have no problem with people hunting, it's just something I know I will probably not enjoy. I just don't think I would be okay with killing an animal. It's not like it did anything to me.

It seems that way every year, a week before deer season, the local Bass Pro is packed with people buying new guns, did you sell the old one? Why not keep it?

You know it's easier to let it die in the next 30 seconds in a ice chest by suffocating it, than causing it to feel extreme amounts of pain by bludgeoning it to death right?

That or just chop off the head, I mean I fish to eat so... might as well.

If you have the money, I don't see why you shouldn't. I'm just saying that if you identify as a hunter and have no means with which to kill your quarry, I'm muy confundido.

Then again, some people just like buying new guns as much as we like buying lil' plastic space manz.
