Or if you shoot down their chopper with a single shot because you shot too fast for it to lock on and therefor countermeasures didn't deploy.

If the chopper's close enough you can easily do that, like if a Cobra comes right above where you are.

I have both games but my vote goes to Brotherhood but that is because I am a HUGE fan of the series, I even played through all of Assassin's Creed 1 despite the pain it caused me. The second game is a brilliant game with so much to do and Brotherhood excels and builds upon that premise.
The multiplayer in the game is not to everyone's taste but I love it, it's tense affair that will have you really on edge. It's less twitchy than COD but more thoughful, all the game modes are a blast.

On the flipside COD Black Ops is excellent, I love the single player, the Multiplayer as always is addictive and fun, and zombie mode is hilarious.

I think it's a choice of what you preffered, MW2 or Assassin's Creed 2, then you will know what game to choose.

Normally would have been AC for me, love fantasy settings even tho it is "based" on real places, but MW2 somehow managed to make me love that setting.

Its a real close call imo.
