Thanks. I'm assuming he just wanted to try them out. They do have a lot of anti-infantry potential. Plus, their models are way cool. Probably a try-before-you-buy deal.
Vect was used as a sacrifice to kill my units as well as to draw fire so that I would have to ignore his scoring units and vehicles. In our next game, he will put Vect with a bodyguard of Incubi to use as an actual deathstar unit.

Thanks. I agree that some reports focus too much on the objectives. I like to focus on them when it really matters. For the first half, just enjoy the carnage. Then in the second half, it becomes more about who would actually win. Just like in a close, tight basketball game. In the beginning, just enjoy the dunks, nice passes and acrobatic moves. Then near the end, you see the shift to defense and actual strategy to try to win the game.
