The regular vanilla codex should do it; just take Librarians in both HQ slots or what have you. You probably won't be using more than 2 HQs in any given game anyway. The suggestion to counts as Space Wolves works for the Librarians, but there's nothing else in that codex that really says "Blood Ravens". There's no mentions of ThunderRaven Bloodbirds or whatever ridiculous counts-as somebody will try to justify. Just go codex Marines; they even had a few mentions in the 4th ed codex.

Fist off, IQ determines almost nothing. Its almost phased out. It was pretty inaccurate. Also, you need to consider that maybe everyone here doesn't have a full grasp of the English language yet. Chat-speak can be used to bridge what they dont know if they feel they need to express themselves. Or maybe they are younger then you, just venturing on to the internet, and trying things out. Think before you post. Now before I get this thread locked for off topic, here is an OT question.
Has the OP decided what codex he is going to use?

Like I said, it's prejudice, I can hardly call it that if I take the time to consider that people may be foreign or otherwise incapacitated toward typing coherently...

Melissia wrote:It's a codex chapter, just include a librarian alongside your force commander (or solo). It's not like they have more than one librarian in a battle at any given time. If you want to use the corrupted side, represent the chapter master through a chaos sorcerer, with nurgle corruptions on his terminators and chaos marines. One Librarian? False. They have such a high number of psykers, two battle squads in their 1st Company are made up of only Librarians. Unless you're going for the The Fated 5th Company, the notion that Blood Ravens can't have more than one Librarian at a time is false. The Librarian- as- commander is good fluff-wise, though.

Yes, their first company.
And only their first company.
I never said it was impossible, I said it was improbable. A Librarian's duties are often off the battlefield instead of on.

Not quite sure if it's only the first company. I only gave that as an example. Exact numbers of the actual number of psykers they have is not recorded in any fluff. Besides the 5th, which are allowed only one, and the 1st, which has at least ten, we can't be certain of exact numbers. Also, it was hinted that at least half of their HQ staff were psykers, or secretly psykers.

in a normal game of 40k 2 Librarians would be sufficient to represent the heavy Psyker presense.
Librarians are incredibly rare in a normal chapter(10 is about the limit) so when we say the Blood Ravens have alot of Psykers this could just mean 20-30 tops. less then 3 per company.
2 leading a single force would be an incredible concentration.

Ironclads represent the 2 CCW Dreadnought variant better than Furiosos in this case. Blood Ravens are also explicity said to be a codex chapter and seem to stoicly use the Codex Astartes in their tactics. Remember though, any DoW 1 convention about capping points is woefully out of date, since back then anyone can cap a point. Blood Ravens are also only ferocious in combat if there is a relic to be found, otherwise they adhere to the strict combat attitude laid down in Codex Astartes pretty well.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
