Our 1500-2000pt games generally take about 3hrs. but we're all still learning the rules, keep stopping to chat about TV or go grab snacks. Plus more than one player is Orks, which usually means LOTS of boyz moving around.

Yeah, it depends on a lot of factors.

If you're going as fast as you can, timewise, you can probably play a 1500 point game in 90 minutes (unless both players are horde players).

At the more leisurely pace I play, and considering that I run a horde army, my 1850 pt. games usually take about 3 hours.

A 2000 point game in 5 hours seems really long, especially given that you have two players moving the troops around. If it really bugs you, tell them to get their ass in gear, or set up the next game so that you have a time limit (even if it's just "oh, I have to do something at 5, which means we have to play this game in just 3 hours" kind of a thing).
