I like the way you've done the rune priest model. This being said, there's nothing about it that screams "RUUUUUUUNNNE PRRRRIEEEEEEESST" to me. Definitely add some bling - maybe like GW has on the termy rune priest image in their shop? Or, like mullet_steve said, a force staff would go a long way.
Otherwise, great work. I love the pre-heresy colors: I'm not too taken with the "current" SW color scheme, but yours actually makes them look like the force to be reckoned with that they are.

Heh yeah  The sword has runes on it and they will be glowing. The face will also be glowing and I will paint some fancy gold onto the blank shin. Will that be enough?
I don't really need tips on painting, as I was sacrificing neatness and using less layers to cut down on time. The HQs will have more layers than you can shake a stick at. It will be time consuming.
The HQ choices will be striped as soon as i get my hands on some striping stuff.
I will keep the cape, probably have another termi finished today- if fallout 3 doesn't take up all my time

Your shields might look better if they had bosses on them, at the moment there are big holes in them. The bosses were part of the arm of the riders I believe. The boss is the metal dish bit that protects the hand when using these kinds of shields.
