Or are they too messy? I painted the grey on his armor in an hour and a half so yeah. The power cable and the gem are not finished, and theres still some other touch ups to do.

Just had a look at the pic at 25% so he looks more like actual size and he looks okay

Looks good to me. And that's pretty fast painting for this standard.

The transition of colours is fairly rough (mostly on the larger flat areas), but the extremity of light/dark works really well when viewed from a small distance.

I'd say blending is required when it's meant to be a display-type model/squad. But as part of an army it works very good due to the large dark/light difference (but then I'm prejudiced pro-extreme highlighting ).

Coool. So do you think i should paint the other 14 termis, my 6 long fangs and my 5 power armored WG to this standard? Or should i go for something 'higher'.

My HQs will be getting at least twelve layers each

I like it. SW are generally blue-grey, though.

Not Pre-Heresy they weren't, and mine couldn't be boved' getting a repaint.

Would have the skin tones paler but again that is personal preference.

All looks great for the table. If you wanted , you could smooth the transitions a bit, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Looks good I think. Maybe preadator has a bit too much but I think it will look better painted.

I am liking your style man. Remember the main person you have to please is yourself. Nothing better than looking at your completed army and jsut enjoying the view.

I third this. Plus they're Space Wolves, they sweat roughness.

The disks are LotR riders of Rohan shields. Glad to see someone recognized that the eyes were glowing . I will create a P&M 'blog' when ive' painted up a few more wolves. I will probably end up 'unveiling' my converted Bjorn who is covered in gubbins.

I really like the colors on your term. He is painted decently yes, to pass for table top standard easily. I think you should work on your blending a little more; a good way to tell if you need more transitional colors between blends is if you can clearly identify the change from one color to the next. Work of this and your model will improve greatly. Nice work on the aquilla also!

I like the pre heresy colour scheme I was a bit confused at first but I get it now, the rune priest could use a force staff slung over his back or something to make him more rune priesty but he looks good so far, I assume your using the glowing blue eyes head on him? good standard in my opinion (better than I can do) oh the shields covering your pred are great are you going to add centre bosses to them as it seems a little bit wierd with the holes at the moment and strap them on with green stuff straps.

Really liking the paint scheme but if you want to lose the harsh lines why not try using inks to blend I think the new gw inks add so much to minis. I would add the capes adds dynamism and makes him look tough as hell like Space Wolves should. I would use some green stuff or bitz on the rune priest to make him a bit more unique as its pretty hard to tell what he is at the moment.

Oh yeah and on the predator I would lose the marine from the front since he is blocking the main cannon and would just get a shell to the back of the head!!!!

The seat he is on is linked to the turret gears and lowers automatically when the gun is pointing straight ahead!

I think it looks really good.great job on the armor.

I do not see anything to complain about.

I really like the way the high lights and shading look one that first mini.
