a) that would be immense.
b) deathwatch is made up of space marines from different chapters, so having a chapter made up of marines from other chapters wouldn't make sense.
c) what if he doesn't want to do a DW chapter?
d) the closest you could get to a DW chapter is a chapter that did something wrong and volunteered the entire chapter to the ordo xenos, or having a chapter that heavily encourages the moving to the deathwatch as training.
