There's some good picks here, but I actually like Sean Bean better as Horus than Guilleman.

Conrad Curtz- Benedict Cumberbatch (he'd have to bulk up for the role, but if Christian Bale could do it for Batman...)

Roboute Guilliman- Christian Bale (speaking of which)

Fulgrim- Chris Hemsworth (He did the arrogant jerk well in the first Thor, Now let's see him do it as a villain. Plus, he's pretty enough for the part)

Serena d'Angelus- Cate Blanchett

Bequa Kynska- Jenna Malone

Oh wait, we're just doing the first three books, aren't we? Oh well. I'll stop now then.

I could see John Hurt or Ian Mckellen as Kyril Sindermann.
They have that trained speaking voice, and he was described as very a compelling orator.

Though I'm a bit biased in that John Hurt could narrate anything and I'd be throughly sold.

And as much as I'm loathed to suggest he be in yet another bloody film, to me Karkasy could only really be Stephen Fry.

Good calls on both!

Although, if Sindermann was Hurt, he would have to do the intro/outro narration on each film. Because any film can be improved tenfold by John Hurt doing dramatic monologues...

Some images are unfortunately broken but they were good too if I remember correctly

There was a thread a while back about a HH film(s) and who would play the Primarchs and Emperor. There was one, glorious post about Nicolas Cage. Let me see if I can locate it.
