Looking good! The Black Reach Boss in particular has a nice amount of shading done on his skin. Like everyone else commenting here, I like the nice bright skin. It gives a nice contrast between the skin and the darker look of their clothes and gear.

What i do insted of using a file is use a razor blade and tilt it so that the blade is facing the opposite direction of your hand and just kinda scrape them off, i think it leaves cleaner results than the file, just gotta be careful not to get to enthusiastic or you might end up with a maimed ork

Hmn, I think the orks are bit too.... bright, I would have them is a slightly darker other than that, you are doing well cleaning the models up and painting

land Speeder is funny haha, But the War Truck looks great!

The metal on the nobz and first warboss looks a little clean. These are orks they don't like shiny weapons.

Got my painboy yesterday....was up untill 4am painting....what do you guys think?

Awesome work, the looted wagons are real cool. And you got the ork skin spot on. Only suggestion is that the metal is not eroded enough, try to use a rust effect or tin bitz highlighted with boltgun metal. BTW ginger Orkz FTW!

Thanks I tryed the whole rusted effect on the scissors....erosion and checkers are the two main parts I need to work on
