It would have to be "Waking up in Vegas" by Katie Perry. I despise all her other crap, as I do all the other pop princesses. However if you ever gave that song to a pop-punk band it would sound right kickass.

I suppose that's a guilty pleasure.

+1 for Veteran of the Psychic Wars. I was never that big into BOC, but that song is pretty awesome.

Kanye West is a good enough rapper, too bad he's a douchebag. That's my only problem. But I guess you don't have to like someone to like their music.

I feel like that towards Type O negative. I love the music they make, but Peter Steele was a total dick. Im talking bad.

Hated hair metal, I was a "new waver" in the early 80's, but I always liked "round and round" by Ratt.

How could anyone hate BOC? What did they do to deserve that?

Here, Chaos Space Marine Fluff song from 1982:

BOC is one the bands I feel that gets almost no credit beyond two or three songs (Don't Fear The Reaper, Godzilla and Burnin' For You)

I have never like System Of A Down, but I do enjoy Hypnotize. Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian irritate the feth out of me.

Catachan LIX "Lords Of Destruction" - Put Away

1943-1944 Era 1250 point Großdeutchland Force - Bolt Action

"The best medicine for Wraithlords? Multilasers. The best way to kill an Avatar? Lasguns."

"Time to pour out some liquor for the pinkmisted Harlequins"

I think for me it's like why I can't stand the Eagles. Overexposure to the one or two songs that are played on the radio.

When was he a dick? All the interviews I ever saw or read he seemed like a really down to earth New Yorker. I'm used to arrogance from New Yorkers, but he always seemed pretty grounded. I think most of the ones I've seen have been him sober, though.

Yeah, but it's not like BoC even gets played that much. They're the most ignored band from their era. People equate BoC with that SNL skit FFS.

Weird, most the interviews Ive seen him on he was rather pig headed, and a jerk. Not to mention I met him once in person, and simply commented "hey you write some good tunes" to which he responded "fan fething tastic" and stormed off.

Exactly. But thart's the probelm with Classic rock radio programmers. They do surveys at random in the public. They play sample songs for the public and ask if the person had ever heard the song before (not telling who did it or what song it is), if they say no, they don't play it at all. Reagrdless of whether the said person said they liked it. They are far too cautious when it comes to playing music.

So Sorry To Say by Celldweller
His only good song lol. And I heard it on Crackdown.

They have 2 good songs and thats it.

Not really much to say but I need to get the songs on my Ipod.

Both these songs are from crackdown. And I liked them for the mix of music they had within them.

Yeah never heard of him until the game Crackdown came out. Kinda sad really. Those songs were good. Then Crackdown 2 got rid of all the good music. And all the really cool cars. Another good song.

No, I actually mean if I am really pissed off by a certain part in a video game and feel like screaming at the TV. So instead of screaming at the TV so I can focus on actually playing the game, I listen to some other guy scream about random crap in the background while I rip aliens to pieces.

Hehe, I like pretty much everything listed so far.

Although to be fair, I probably like most of what you all like as well.

I'm just very open minded when it comes to music. I also find if I like an album I tend to find other songs that roll of the song that drew me to the band/artist. I can't think of any CD I own at the moment where I only like one song.

I doubt many folks have got Take That, Iron Maiden, Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Trivium, 2Pac, Megadeath, Elvis and John Denver on the same shelf.

Yeah, the only thing more annoying than a guy that only listens to one genre of music is the guy that's really proud of listening to all genres of music.

In the history of mankind, has anybody over the age of, say, 14, ever been impressed by another person's musical taste?
