Hmmm, that's an interesting question,I posted one with a black bar covering the "offending areas",but I'm not sure how the mods would feel about "Pixelated goodies."

Meh I wouldn't tempted fate myself, either put some form of hard censor like another image (zombie face? Biohazard sign?) over dodgy area's or find photo's where the pose cunningly hides such details.
