Dosn't mean they still don't need them? Whenever I think of Iron Warriors the first thing which pops into my mind (apart from their damn catchy slogan) is the Dark Mechanicum, since the Iron Warriors actively aid them in pretty much WHATEVER they want.

Also +1 to the idea of Straken as a Chaos Lord, although I've never seen a Chaos Lord take up a shotgun before :p Interesting modelling idea comes to mind...

Well the shotgun can be his Sneeze of DOOM! XD And the 2D6 penetration can be his Daemon Weapon (that DOESNT bite him in the arse half the time).

No offence ment but the way you see them dosen't mean that's the universal way they should be represented or that it's the official stance in fluff, just I personally have never heard of the Iron Warriors needing Dark Mechanicus priests because all the fluff I have read about them says that they make everything themselves. All I'm saying is that the Dark Mechanicum works with everyone so if you create him then you can have him be from the Iron Warriors, but the over all idea dosen't need to be limited (or even connected) to a single Legion especially since traitor guard don't always fight alongside or serve under Chaos Marines.

Lol it was just a thought. Iron warriors are hinted to be the originators (or perhaps creators) of the Obliterator Virus, so it might fit well with a Mechanicum priest lugging around a giant heavy bolter (which is a task normally given to a less than charismatic Servitor).
