And I don't think the listed army in first post is all that is present on Terra. Where is the Inquisiton forces?
And for the record, Mereidian (planet from DoW II) have 32.000.000.000.000 citizens. Terra is the most populate planet of the Imperium so.... yeah, it has a WAY WAY more than 175 million....

I would guess that the Deamonhunter forces would be mostly near Titan.

Alot of the sister of battle military forces, are from other worlds.

Xeno hunters are doing what xeno hunters are ment to do, so won't be on Terra.

Okay before we all get sidetracked by "Water on Terra"
First off,Tatooine had water as vapour in the air,it was just collected on Moisture farms like Luke was raised on.

I'm sure Terra has the same system,the oceans may have boiled but all that water is still in the atmosphere.It's not really out of reach.

Btw I think the original topic was a Gaurd regiment on Terra.

The Armageddon rulebook says that there are regiments known as Terran Prefects. Given that other planets regiments get similar names (Mordian Iron Guard, Catachan Jungle Fighters, etc. etc. ) it could be argued that the Prefects are Imperial Guardsmen recruited from Terra. I would argue that the fluff backs this up....the fluff says that it is the dream of many families on Terra to get a child INTO the Administratum, so we've got a bunch of leftover population....most of them probably work in factories making souveneirs for tourists, but there has to at least be a Terran PDF, and perhaps in times of extreme emergency within the Segmentum SOlar, Imperial Guard regiments are drawn from them.
