I get it all the time.
It freaks people out when I can say the exact words when they haven't started their sentence yet.
But it's always pretty menial things, at least, for me anyway.

It doesn't happen to me with words, more events. Usually it's just a minor thing that will make my brain go "wait a minute, swear we've been here before." and i'll recall a memory of the exact same occurence.
The most strange was one where I dreamt I was going to a friends house, and I saw the street, the house outside and in, all the rooms etc.
A week or so later, I found myself in a sitaution where I was actually going to that friends house, and whilst the circumstances weren't the same as the dream, and nor was the street, the house was a carbon copy of what I dreamed of. If I wanted to, I could've stood in the doorway and known where all the rooms were and the location of the major things like beds and desks without ever physically being there before, seeing it in real life or even knowing the place where it was to guess at the layout or architecture.
That's the deepest it's been thus far, everything else, as I mentioned, has just been realising that this is the second time i've experienced something.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I've done similar, but more of events rather than places.
I also seem to be able to tell what songs are coming on the radio before they come on....

I've done things similar to that but with Scrubs episodes; the episode i'm thinking off will usually come up within the next few days.
It's not easy to tell how far into the series they are either, as I miss a lot of the them due to work so i'm usually lost as to which series is currently being shown; my brain won't analyse the current series and guess an episode close to the one i've just watched, as the time between that one and the next one is usually several days and therefore about 10+ episodes.

What we are talking about is something totally different. The only way to really describe it, however, is to compare it to Deja Vu.

True, but my point was that it's relatively normal.

Happens to me all the time. Eerily specific snippets of conversation or actions occur in a dream in first person. As soon as I wake up, I record everything I can remember about it, down to the stupid details (what I was looking at/thinking about when someone said this, emotions and feelings towards others at the time, ect). In 5-15 days (one extreme case was 27 days), this odd snippet comes up, and a chill runs down my spine when I check over my notes later.
