My 2nd game was against a TFG who played Orks. First, he would end up moving his Orks 12 inches every turn, running each squad 6 inches a turn. I was not familiar with this rule at the time, having no reason to use it with Guard. He also insisted that only the models in base contact in close combat participated in combat. He also insisted he got cover saves if even a single member of a squad was in cover, and wanted a 4+ save even with the tiniest bit of the squad obscured. I remember him also being quite liberal with his 12 inches movement, because he was assaulting my squads by turn 2. Needless to say, I lost; with him killing my entire army by turn 4 with his absurd movement.
After playing him, I was told he cheated in games often. Luckily this is the only TFG I have played against and I did not see him again at the store after that.

Solution: Either finish the game he wants to as quickly as possible, concede defeat or pack up your models without a word and find another opponent.
Or if this is getting amusing, continue accordingly.

There was this one kid i remember now, who did the classic "roll behind terrain and pick up the dice quickly" routine.
Not that he needed to, he was playing IG against my orks.
What a waste of cheating, you could at least do it when you NEED to

If you can't find TFG, you ARE TFG.
