That... oh my god that is amazing.
I wish you didn't add so many bits all over it because earlier on, the focus on the multi-heads and multi-shivalike arms was really cool. It was completely unique as I've never seen anything like that in 40k or wargaming. Now the extra bits steal the spotlight from these unique features with bland chaos runs and random pipes.
Just my opinion. Still, no less the amazing model.

While it's "Yorick" in Hamlet, for the 40K universe "Yarrick" fits even better, if you'll remember that Commisar Yarrick is an Imperial Guard character, and having a Daemon Prince speaking to Yarrick's skull would be funny as hell. In fact, that would really be an awesome addition to the miniature: a skull with a bionic eye wearing a commissar's cap in the raised hand.

So anyway, that's why Mullet Steve changed "Yorick" to "Yarrick".

Whilst it looks awesome, i feel that the red has made it look a bit odd, and it is WAY too busy around its back...

That is quite an amazing model - I can see an intense amount of work went into it. I'm kind of surprised you didn't resin cast it to try and sell the copies.

However, I have to agree with some of the commentary. While I want to *love* this model it's too, umm, confusing. There is so much going on.

At any rate, I know I couldn't hold a candle to this kind of work so who am I to critique it. Great job and I can't wait to see your next project!

This is without a doubt one of the most amazing conversion projects I've seen in quite a while, and you can take that as a high compliment because I make a point of seeking out conversions and have a number of them subbed. This is absolutely outstanding. I spent 20 minutes just trying to pick out all the different parts / bits you have used. I will agree that it is busy, but strongly disagree that it is too much. It is intense. It is a visual assault that refuses to be digested and categorized merely with a quick glance. This model demands to be studied and challenges the viewer to truly understand it.

This truly is a Greater Daemon. Subbed and will be back for more.
