well end product will be resin , but molding at this piont im not sure just going to have to try and see what works

little more progress on the webway.. test mold done and seems ok but feel its going to need another mold done very soon ,also have made . the blog have been updated and has pic of the base its going to come with

Maybe it's a bit late, but I am not quite happy with the current look. It is quite thick, doesn't have any delicate details and the top reminds me of a giant smurf cap. Okay for a self made styrofoam terrain piece, but not comparable in detail to other resin terrain. But that's just me.

for my webway I liked the clean crisp look.
Being made of eldar wraith bone, thought best to keep it crisp.

have added rune stones so can add some detail and maybe later might produce some more detail bits to add on. Once more is done and get it painted more pictures will follow so hope will look more impressive on a table setting

oh yes , i remember seeing something like that in one of the old Eldar codex and since wanted to make one, well few years later and seem to be getting close now . big high five to myself

well i have started to pait ( well base is part done ) i have now added some rune stones to make it look more eldar .

the webway portal is really looking nice. be great to see it painted up, so i'll be watching.

well not too much done on the painting side ( well that worked well) i have had to re under coat the webway and start again, I’ve now gone to GW and got myself once of these ... well used it not very impressed but ok for base coat and that’s it, so it now undercoated and hope to get some more progress soon.

Be sure to make more! (maybe even an Eldar fortification...)

once this is done I'll will no doubt be doing some more stuff.

but the list of stuff i must do first is in need of attention ..some new bases and small little projects need tweaking

i put this web way down and they seems got distracted with real life and other projects ..... oooopppppsss welll work picked up and now painted . its a crip simple design and i like it. its been a long time in the making and this V2 i like . so with out further adu some pictures for you to look at. im sure once i sort out few things ill get this on the website and for sale...

some people have suggested i make a webway really think and elegant , but for me this image of one in a old eldar codex will always be what a webway should look like, its what started me thinking about my own re boot of one
