If you still want / need it. Pay the guys, they sent it, it is not their fault it got tied up in customs (

customs btw, messed up a few of my shipment dates).

If you don't return to sender, anything else I'd say is tantamount to theft. You payed, were refunded your money & therefore should refund the product or pay for it.

Read the rest of the thread, refusing to pay & refusing to send back? You're definitely on my blacklist.

You people must be drinking bad water. I never said I was not going to pay for the item and keep it. Or not keep the item and mail back. What i ASKED was my three different options:

"Am i responsible to accept the item? Am I obligated to mail it back? Can I refuse package totally and return to sender?"

What I was saying that I wouldn't pay for shipping.
So to black list someone and or to call them a thief is totally irresponsible and uncalled for.
