There are rule for handidness in inquisitor....
you choose a hand, any weapon not in that hand has penalties.
you can also spend more to go ambidextrous.
All space marines come with the ambidextrous skill

OP About half of the LotD models are left handed and are holding their boltgun with their left hand.
