If I didn't play for about a month they managed to loose my contact details and claimed my account doesn't exist... I have to email them and attempt to out manoeuvre the customer impedement i mean customer services department into sending me the newly reset details.

Odd.... Only thing I ever had a problem with was when I made Factions it's own account instead of an expansion, and they cleared that up for me right jiffy.

Its odd to be honest, I always use the same password but it manages to cock up

I would also like to add that guildwars 2 is a fantastic game to play and I have personally racked up 10 hours on it evenly distributed between warrior, necromancer, elementalist and ranger with a bias for humans (the charr area's in the demo were lacking in events and dispite being "high end" were rather dull, even including a "go kill x monster type to collect y amount of z item" quest).

Looks beautiful too.
