a planet named Brennian Prime

When I use them I form a wall with them and after them i put a squad of burnas and big mek for the schield.
I use the burnas to protect the kans for infantry or terminaters(power weapons) and repair them with meks.
with this tactic I have won several battles: my kan wal with a deffdread killing enemy tanks when the boys are closing in with the enemy and then let the orcs in combat do the rest.
Also the kans absorb lots of fire so my boys could waagh relative safe in the enemy.

I am looking at running my Bigmek in with some Burna Boyz instead of a 25 man boyz mob for some of the same reasons =

A. x15 Burna Boyz with a 5+ cover, flamer templates / Power Weapons and addition meks for free to keep Kans shooting, chopping and moving is great!

I know the cost is higher, but what are the downsides?

Smaller unit- easier to break down/blow up

More expensive unit

No armour upgrade option

i feel that the burny-weldy goodness outweighs these well, but you did ask..

If you have the points slap em in a battlewagon, and the roll along torching stuff. It keeps them alive a bit longer, and KFF is measured from the wagon's hull, making it's field a bit larger..

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts

Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so

KMBs are fabulous vs Termies without Storm sheilds, otherwise just a more expensive version of rokkits. So probably not a good idea for an all-comers army.

In general, rokkits are better against MEq armies, grotzookas are better against horde. Burnas seem a waste of that rare BS 3.

I'm magnetising my Kan wall, so that I can change weapons at will.

I would love to get a Wagon, but all Heavy slots are taken in my Kan wall which leaves Nobz as the only source for BW - Guess I could go Mega Nobz with Skorchas in a BW = mega expensive, but with KFF it would hold together rather well!

The KMB looks good on paper, but they are mainly used for what? Terminators. Ok well there is a MUCH better unit in our dex that murders Terminators, and lucky for the Kan Wall player, we usually have 3 or more units of them in the build. Boyz. So since Boyz mulch termies with relative ease, I say save the points, and go with rokkits. I am a rokkit fan anyways, and Orks can spam the hell out of rokkits

Also, Kans are arguably the best unit in the codex.
